John, Jessi and the Crew
We are Jessi and John, Owners and operators of Merry Meet Boutique. It has always been our dream to have our own Shop. To do what we love and be as creative as we wanna be.
John has been a practicing Witch for almost 38 years. High Priest and former Coven Leader, he has studied many Traditions including Welsh Traditional, Gardnerian, Alexandrian and Wicca. He has studied Herbs and Healing, Tarot, Mediumship, Runes, Meditation, Astral Projection and a number of other Paths and disciplines. Other-beings, the Spirit World and the Paranormal are his favorite subjects. Now mostly an eclectic, he enjoys all of the things. He teaches classes on a number of subjects and will eventually be holding classes here at the shop.
John is also an Artist in several mediums, A Burner..(Think Burning Man), a writer, photographer, RPG Gamer, avid reader, fisherman, Pirate and Beach bum.
Jessi A.K.A JezeBelle is newer to a formal education on the Pagan/Wiccan and Esoteric paths and continuing her own journey of Knowledge and Discovery. She has always had a natural inclination to Holistic and Energy arts and is embracing the opportunity to pursue those more fully. She is an Artist, Maker, Photographer and Writer and is generally in charge of the Tea, Apothecary, Clothing and Design here around the Shop. If it smells good, feels good or looks good, blame it on Jessi! A total water baby and energetic beach bum, you’ll frequently find her lounging by the water (any water) with a Margarita in her hand. A blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, she is also head of security, can totally kick John’s butt, and pretty much anyone else’s. She loves to talk and is SUPER FRIENDLY.
Jack (They/Them) is the Kid. Not really a kid, but we still think of Jack as the kid. A Fantastic Artist in their own right, and on their own Journey of Self-Discovery. Jack is a little more quiet and introverted than the rest of us, but an awesome person once you get to know them. A lot of the artistically hand-crafted stuff you will see in the store is Jack's handiwork.
Duke is the shop dog. Full name: Duke Arfur Barkingsdale of New Snifferton. A totally friendly and loveable little Beagle mix that loves people and will get his white fur all over you, (think of it as a free gift) follow you around the store when he is here, beg for pets and generally make a nuisance of himself.
